Do I need my own plan?

Bring your own plan or choose one of our cost effective plans. Some investors come with a plan they’re really excited about, and some are happy to select one of our tried and true favorites. This is completely up to you. 

How Long Will This Take?

Most builds average between 5 and 6 months from laying the foundation. The time frame can vary widely depending on the size of the house and the condition of the land. Transparency is absolutely vital throughout - we will set up a system of regular updates on the progress and timeline of your build. 

How Much Will This Cost? 

No two builds are the same. The cost to construct is dependent on square footage, foundation type, quality of land, and desired finishes. As real estate agents and investors ourselves, we will always keep cost savings and final value top of mind. We think you will find our pricing very competitive for the product we deliver. 

How Does Financing Work?

There are multiple ways to finance a new construction project. Some investors with deeper pockets use cash while most take out loans. This loan can be an equity line, a private money loan, or a hard money loan. If you’re unfamiliar with any of these options, Antioch stands ready to advise you through your various financing options.
