How Private Lending Works

Private lending is a profitable alternative to more traditional investments, such as stocks and bonds. It is a simple and secure tool that you can harness to easily grow your wealth. Simply put, individuals lend Antioch Building Group capital to construct homes. In return, we get you passive returns on your investment.

 

How Is My Money Secured?

Your investment would be secured by a promissory note and a deed of trust. Both instruments are drafted by a local, trusted attorney. They specify the terms of the loan and detail the collateral protecting your investment. 

Is This Risky? 

While we legally must inform you that all investments involve risk and that no investment is 100% guaranteed, we also think you should know that we have consistently returned our investors’ funds with a profit for them. We structure our loans so that they are secured with the real estate as collateral.

What Kind Of Returns Should I Be Expecting?

The returns we offer vary based on several factors: size of project, amount invested, and potential profit. A typical return is usually around 9% - 12% annualized. 

How Long Does This Take?

Quicker deals usually take around six to nine months to complete. However, larger deals can take as long as one to two years. This all depends on the specific project, as well as the investor’s comfort level.

How Much Do I Need to Invest with ABG? 

This varies depending on the project. A minimum threshold is $40,000. However, a more typical amount for our projects is $150,000 to $500,000.
