From Queens to the Queen City - Charlie loves connecting with investors beyond just the dollars and cents. Charlie employs his background in land acquisition and project management to bring efficiency and clarity to every step of the build process. Charlie is a licensed realtor and is passionate about helping others grow wealth through real estate. This however pales in comparison to his passion for puns and dad jokes.
Tyler Mundy
Tyler began his career in real estate as a residential and commercial appraiser. After six years in this field, he pivoted to home flipping and working as a real estate agent. Connections with other builders and developers in the Charlotte area helped him transition into new construction and development. Tyler is a licensed general contractor, and loves building homes from the ground up.

Why "Antioch"?
The Bible records in the Book of Acts that Antioch was the first place the Jesus' followers were called "Christians." The City of Antioch was the launching point for the apostle Paul's missionary journeys.
The aim of Antioch Building Group goes far beyond the walls of our projects. It is our goal that this endeavor and the resulting profit would be used for the furtherance of the good news of Jesus in the world.
Tyler and Charlie first met at their local church in Charlotte, NC. Their mutual love for Jesus and real estate led them to form Antioch Building Group.
